[Madness: Ascend]

Beautiful.

Easily my favourite madness flash this year. The ending completely made it for me, convincing me madness flashes don't just have to be mindless violence - although who doesn't love a bit of that?

The animation could have been a bit smoother, but besides that? Perfection.

Well, the animation was nice, but not particularity challenging. For one of your first animations, I thought it was a nice attempt, and your joke was well executed at least. It served it's purpose.

The perspective of the background really bothered me though. I hate drawing backgrounds :(

I expected so much more from a Munglai cartoon around the season of Clocksday. To me they're like a Charlie Brown Christmas special.

Loved it.

In a strange way this is my favourite robot day flash so far.

You had me completely wrapped up in the storyline, and the use of a cliffhanger was definitely the right direction for the cartoon.

You executed the use of pause flawlessly, and that in balance with the tense music, gave the animation a really unique feel.

The art and animation was nothing spectacular, but it didn't need to be. I do think the 'byte me' joke on the t-shirt felt out of place in a cartoon as deep as this one.

I loved it. Your best one so far.

Yeah, the character was designed before I actually had the whole premise nailed down, and upon looking, the joke on his shirt doesn't really fit, but hopefully it doesn't detract from the flash too much. I'm quite glad you enjoyed it, and thanks for the review!

I really enjoyed this :) Sweet little concept, executed with style. I liked the pacing throughout the movie, albeit a little lackluster.

A very genuine animation. Puts the ole' down on one knee to shame :D

Adorable

I really loved it. I think I may be one of the few who really enjoyed the music. Very unique sound.

Animation was great, but try and keep up the consistency. Some parts were fantastic, and yet others lacked. Really liked the animation style, reminded me of an artist who I can't quite place my finger on.

Overall really nice. Very cute :)

It was very well animated, and had a good assortment of great artists, but it was just so unbelievably trippy and weird, haha. I'm not going to rate you down because it's not my sort of animation - that's just unfair. But still... I hope I sleep tonight :D

Heh, I guess it was rather mindfuck-ish. I don't know, I've really gotten into that trippy kind of animation lately and figured it fit with the subject matter. You know, pineapples wearing makeup looking cracked out. Glad you enjoyed it!

Some sweet animation there, it's obvious you know what your doing. But the ending was too much like 'Chris and Harry.' Bit predictable.
